b) Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights of final deliverables will be transferred to the client as defined in the applicable agreement. AscendXMarketing retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• These Terms of Service are violated
• Payments are delayed or unpaid
• There is misuse of our services or intellectual property
• Continued engagement becomes unfeasible or unlawful

Clients may also terminate services by providing written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AscendXMarketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and provide all services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
